Criteria for Accepting Returns/Exchange
Due to personal hygiene reason, all products sold on upbodywear.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except the product you receive are product flawed, with any quality defects or wrong items being shipped.
If you found a product flawed, quality defects or wrong items being shipped, you must return the product within 7 days you receiving your purchase, otherwise we will not be able to process your returns/exchange. The exchange must be a product of the same style and the same color. Please return your item together with the shipping slip and order form, otherwise we will not be able to process your returns/exchange.
Please make sure that the item for returning is in a good condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact.
“Product flawed, quality defects or wrong items being shipped”are limited to the following circumstance:
• The product has any manufacturing defects;
• The color, design model and materials of product are not consistent with the description on the website;
• The product is shipped in wrong size;
• The product is shipped in wrong item;
• You receive a product flawed or with any quality defects.
Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/Exchange
Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns/exchange :
• Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, cooking oil, sea water, or having been overheated, etc
• Products with loose threads or crackings due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear
• Damaged products due to shipping
• Damaged products due to improper wash
• Products with color fading due to display
• Products with unclean appearance
• Products not sold through upbodywear.com
Return Process
If you found a product flawed, quality defects or wrong items being shipped, you must return the product within 7 days you receiving your purchase, otherwise we will not be able to process your returns/exchange. You must contact us by email upbodywear@gmail.com within 3 days you receiving your purchase, any other means of communication or contact for returns/exchange with not be processed. If a product flawed, quality defects or wrong items being shipped were being proved, and fulfilled the Criteria for Accepting Returns/Exchange, we will reply your email regarding the return process.
Refund policy
We will not refund your order if your return parcel are confiscated by custom or damaged when return.
All returned parcel will only be resent after all shipping fee were settled (including the shipping fee paid by us in case of free shipping for your original order). If you choose not to settle the tax or shipping fee required, refund will not be eligible.
If a refund is required or requested, subject to our discretion, refund will only be made after the deduction of charges incurred from the transaction by your bank or credit card issuing institution, and the shipping fee for both ways (including the shipping fee paid by us in case of free shipping for your original order). The refund will take about 7 to 14 working days and due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refund amount may be different from your order payment amount.
